Whether the below item -- manages to "make it" as one of three Plastic Water Bottles (PWBs) I picked up in the NW area of the imperial capital while on a daily stroll/jog  65-mins, 8/13, I will not judge ...

But as one more sample of the plastic c--p (33.8  FL OZ, if you read the image below) dumped on our streets where my dear neighbors and I are fortunate enough to live (see below map), here it is!

But allow me to claim some glory!!! I pick this plastic s...t, put it my garbage bag (I confess: made of plastic) and dispose of it in a waste receptacle (s) on  Connecticut Avenue (that's the best pix I could find of what a DC trash can looks like):
